AFRL/RYF - Financial Management Division RYF -- Sensors Financial Management Division Develops and implements financial policies used throughout the Sensors Directorate. Advises Directorate on financial implications of programmatic decisions. Develops the Directorate's financial plan and administers its execution in a timely manner in compliance with fiscal laws and regulations. Assists in formulating and justifying budgets for the directorate and then executes all current and prior FY funds. RYFA -- Air Force 6.2/6.3 Branch Advises directorate management on Air Force financial matters. Provides advice, establishes policy, and insures compliance with financial laws and regulations. Administers financial plan execution including civilian pay and payroll reimbursement programs. Provides supervision, oversight and policy pertaining to payroll reimbursement, cost estimating and cost/schedule control system criteria processes. Assists in formulating and justifying Air Force budgets for the directorate and then executes all current and prior FY funds. Improves resource allocation decision through execution analysis. Manages all unliquidated obligations for current, expired and canceled year appropriations. RYFI - Incoming Funds Branch Advises directorate management on proper use of incoming external funds. Provides advice, establishes policy, and insures compliance with financial laws and regulations. Tracks and reports on incoming external funds and reimbursements within the Sensors Directorate. Prepares estimates for and insures support funding is provided by customers per regulation in reimbursable budget authority. Processes incoming contractual funds for release to contracting office for placement on contract. Keeps customer apprised on status of his funds and provides obligating documents to customer. Provides traceability and management of all incoming funds from outside customers.
