This Knovel interactive database is a classic, and was originally published for the National Research Council. SPIE covers nearly everything associated with optics and photonics technologies. The site contains the full-text of the Proceedings of the SPIE and all four SPIE journals covering biomedical optics, electronic imaging, microlithography, microfabrication, and microsystems, and optical engineering. For AFRL/SN there are papers on sensors, MEMs or target recognition; for AFRL/HE, papers on humans or displays; and for ML, papers on materials or composites.
