- (Joint Army-Navy-NASA-Air Force) Some JANNAF Interagency Propulsion Committee reports are available from DTIC. Our library and Reports Vault owns some reports, and many are available from DTIC. *IACs are DoD sponsored but charge for some services. Over 5,100 public domain technical papers presented at Joint Army-Navy-NASA-Air Force conferences since 1974. These public papers cover combustion science, propulsion system safety and hazards, environmental protection, toxicology, materials technology, nondestructive evaluation, and energetic materials research.
