Lieutenant Colonel DR. KATIE M. CROWDER

Lt Col Katie M. Crowder is the Assistant Program Director for Operational Graduate Medical Education at the United States School of Aerospace Medicine, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio. She supports the selection and operational training of over sixty residents from four medical specialties, preparing them for immediate assignment to operational billets.

Lt Col Crowder assessed through the Reserve Officers Training Corps at the University of Notre Dame, and received her MD from Drexel University School of Medicine. She completed a Family Medicine residency at Travis AFB, California.

Lt Col Crowder is board certified in family medicine. She deployed to Soto Cano AB, Honduras and to HQ ISAF, Kabul, Afghanistan. Prior to her current position, Lt Col Crowder served as the Chief of the Medical Staff at 15th Medical Group, Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii.
