AFGSC Announces First Fully Public MCCS Virtual Town Hall Scheduled for June 6, 2024

BARKSDALE AIR FORCE BASE, La. --

The VTH is scheduled to be held on Zoom June 6, 2024, at 10:30 am CST, by AFGSC commander, Gen. Thomas A. Bussiere, accompanied by DAF medical professionals and senior leaders. Air Force Global Strike Command announced today that they plan to host a virtual town hall (VTH) on June 6, 2024, at 10:30 am CST through Zoom regarding the ongoing Missile Community Cancer Study. The VTH will be the first time AFGSC has opened a VTH livestream to the public.

Those planning to participate are encouraged to consolidate work centers and call in together to enable other individuals to receive updates since access is limited to 500 individual participants. Access to the VTH room will begin at 10:00 am CST, with the event starting at 10:30 am CST. A recording of the event will be posted afterwards for those unable to attend on the AFGSC YouTube channel @AFGlobalStrike and on DVIDS at https://www.dvidshub.net/unit/AFGSC.
