DAF successfully tests new agile aircraft power lightcart

An aircraft maintainer at the 174th Attack Wing at Hancock Field Air National Guard Base, Syracuse, New York, connects the power cable from the 400 Hz Aircraft Power Lightcart, or 400 APL prototype to an MQ-9, or Reaper, to test its ability to power the aircraft through a series of technical orders on the flightline.
