Senior Personnel Advisor Kelly Fent (left) and former AFRL Deputy Executive Director Dr. Jessica Salyers led an initiative focused on improving workforce agility through research and experimentation. Based on their findings, AFRL executed an eighteen-month pilot program assessing new practices for recruiting, hiring and retaining employees. After receiving overwhelmingly positive feedback, AFRL began implementing these new business practices across the enterprise.
